Wide variety of nominees shortlisted for the 10th PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards

The must-have prizes in Indonesian real estate will be unveiled at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place

JAKARTA, Indonesia — PropertyGuru Group (NYSE:PGRU) today announced the developers and projects that will be receiving the must-have prizes in real estate at the 10th Annual PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards, presented by Kohler.

The shortlisted nominees for the 2024 PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards feature an outstanding lineup of real estate enterprises excelling in property development and design, as well as ESG (Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance). Approximately 50 companies, representing a wide range of projects from Jabodetabek to Bali, have been shortlisted for this year’s awards.

Leading the shortlist, with multiple projects in contention, are companies such as Alex Villas; Damai Putra Group; Easton Urban Kapital; Paramount Land; PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk and Subsidiaries; PT. Mekar Agung Sejahtera; PT Modernland Realty Tbk; Springhill Group & Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp.; and Summarecon Group, alongside its joint venture with Sumitomo Forestry.

Sinar Mas Land, the winner of the Best Developer title in 2023, is also nominated for a variety of projects this year, alongside its joint ventures with Hongkong Land, Mitbana, and Sojitz Corporation.

Winners will be announced at the black-tie gala dinner and presentation of the awards on Friday, 23 August 2024 at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place, the official venue.
