Phnom Penh, Cambodia — 4 November 2021
Last year, as its neighbours were ravaged by the pandemic, Cambodia managed to keep their infections low, which enabled us to push through with the hybrid presentation of the annual PropertyGuru Cambodia Property Awards.
This year, however, proved to be different.
Though the country isn’t among the severely affected and the number of fully vaccinated citizens has increased, mandates are kept in place for prevention. To help ensure the steady recovery of the country, the Property Guru Asia Property Awards programme is proud to introduce the first virtual edition of the 6th PropertyGuru Cambodia Property Awards on 12 November 2021, from 17:30 to 19:00 (GMT +7).
For the first time in the history of the awards programme, the general public is invited to honour the exceptional accomplishments of the sector’s brilliant minds at the virtual presentation of the most prestigious night in Khmer real estate. This online gala will be multi-streamed across several platforms, including asiapropertyawards.com/tv-podcast/, and our official Facebook and Youtube accounts.
The 6th PropertyGuru Cambodia Property Awards will commence with a pre-show or the “Virtual Red Carpet”, featuring conversations with the members of the independent judging panel and our sponsors.
The night’s winners will be accepting their recognitions via remote conference. Unlike our previous events exclusive only to nominees and their guests, as well as select VIPs and press, this year’s best developers, developments, and designs across the country will be presented to viewers in Asia Pacific and beyond.
The Awards’ official website will also feature an innovative live chat platform where nominees and viewers from different parts of the world can communicate and connect.
With health and safety top of mind, all personnel involved during the filming of the 6th PropertyGuru Cambodia Property Awards virtual gala and interviews have been fully vaccinated and were required to adhere to safety protocols at all times.
The PropertyGuru Cambodia Property Awards 2021 is supported by silver sponsor Jotun, official cable TV partner The History Channel, official magazine PropertyGuru Property Report, official PR partner Two Way Public Relations, supporting association Asia MarTech Society, official charity partner Right To Play International, official ESG partner Baan Dek Foundation, and official supervisor HLB.
