Though new waves of COVID-19 continue to emerge, Cambodia never stopped looking for ways to ensure the health and safety of locals and visitors alike, especially as the country reopens its borders to welcome tourists.
That said, the PropertyGuru Cambodia Property Awards was able to push through with an in-person gala presentation to celebrate its seventh year in the Kingdom. The physical event was held at the Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra on 26 August 2022 from 18:00 (GMT +7), while the broadcast began streaming from 19:15 onwards.
Shortlisted candidates joined select members of the independent judging panel, sponsors, partners, and members of the media for this virtual gala to see who reigns supreme in their respective categories.
Apart from the in-person gala held on the 26th of August, the ceremony was also broadcasted live across multiple platforms, including asiapropertyawards.com/tv-podcast/ and the official Facebook and YouTube accounts. The red carpet event started at 19:15, where we presented the independent panel of judges and our sponsors. The awards show began shortly after and with the guests at the venue, viewers from across the globe tuned in to see which designers and developers won the most prestigious titles of the event.
The 7th PropertyGuru Cambodia Property Awards kickstarted the 2022 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series of celebrations, which culminates with the 17th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final on 9 December 2022.
Winners of the 7th PropertyGuru Cambodia Property Awards are eligible to compete for the Best in Asia awards at the series finale in Bangkok, Thailand.
