The 19th PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards announce shortlist of nominated companies

Leading developers from Bangkok and other exciting property markets across Thailand contend for awards showcasing excellence in development, design, and ESG

BANGKOK, Thailand — PropertyGuru Group (NYSE:PGRU), Southeast Asia’s leading property technology company, today announced the finalists of its long-running real estate awards programme in Thailand.

Marking its 19th edition in 2024, the Annual PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards, presented by Mitsubishi Elevator (Thailand) and supported by SEN X Group and V-ZUG Thailand, will be celebrated on Friday, 20 September at The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok. The black-tie gala celebration is supported by Thailand’s leading property portals, DDproperty.com and ThinkOfLiving.com.

This year’s shortlist of nominated companies exemplifies excellence in property development, design, and ESG, with categories determined by industry experts as well as consumers. Contenders represent desirable locations and investment hubs across the province of Bangkok and exciting property markets such as Chiang Mai, the Eastern Seaboard, Hua Hin, Khao Yai, the Northeast Region, Phuket, and Samui.

With 10 nods, Sansiri Public Company Limited garnered the most nominations for this year’s awards. The renowned developer is nominated for projects such as BuGaan Pattanakarn; mekin Haus; Narasiri Phahol-Watcharapol; and The Standard Residences, Hua Hin.

AssetWise Public Company Limited is also a strong contender with four nominations for such projects as Aquarous Jomtien Pattaya; Esta Serenity Boromratchachonnani; and The Honor Yothinpattana. Another strong competitor this year is Rhom Bho Property Public Company Limited with four nominations, including those for its projects The Title Heritage Bang-Tao; The Title Legendary Bang-Tao; and The Title Serenity Naiyang. Ess developments additionally gained four nominations, including those for its project Zensiri Midtown Villas.

King Square Development Co., Ltd. also garnered four nominations for its mixed-use project KingsQuare, which includes the residential development KingsQuare Residence. Pruksa Real Estate meanwhile scored four nominations for its projects Pine Wellness Residence Prachachuen; The Palm Bangna-Wongwaen2; The Palm Residences Pattanakarn; and The Palm Residences Watcharapol.

Jareeporn Jarukornsakul, chairman of the executive committee and group chief executive officer of WHA Corporation PLC., is set to receive the prestigious Thailand Real Estate Personality of the Year award for her impressive achievements in the industrial space.

Alongside the competitive categories determined by an independent panel of judges, this year introduces the inaugural People’s Choice Awards in Thailand, following successful editions in Malaysia. These awards empower consumers to choose their favourite developers, with voters also having the chance to win prizes.
