The 12th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards reveal distinguished shortlist of nominees

Top developers, with portfolios spanning integrated developments to luxury homes, vie for 2024 awards

MANILA, Philippines — PropertyGuru Group (NYSE:PGRU), Southeast Asia’s leading property technology company, today revealed the distinguished firms advancing to its real estate celebration in the Philippines.

The 12th Annual PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards, presented by Kohler and supported by Boysen Paints and Dongpeng Ceramic, have recognised the companies that made outstanding contributions to the property markets across Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. The 2024 edition of the awards will celebrate excellence across diverse categories, encompassing property development, design, real estate portfolios, and ESG.

Megaworld Corporation, along with its subsidiaries Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. (GERI), Megaworld Hotels and Resorts, Megaworld Lifestyle Malls, and Megaworld Premier Offices, emerged as the most nominated company this year. The developer is nominated for a wide range of projects such as 18 Avenue de Triomphe, ArcoVia Palazzo, Arden Botanical Village, Chelsea Parkplace, Eastland Heights, Firenze Residences, Grand Westside Hotel, International Finance Center, Kingsford Hotel Bacolod, La Cassia Residences, La Victoria Global Residences, Maple Grove, Maple Grove Park Village, No. 1 Upper East Avenue, Saint Honore, Uptown Arts Residence, Uptown Mall, The Lindgren, The Upper East, The Upper East House, and Vion Tower.

Building on its success as last year’s Best Developer titleholder, Robinsons Land returns to the awards with numerous nominations as well. RLC Residences is nominated for such projects as Galleria Residences, Sierra Valley Gardens, The Residences at The Westin Manila, and Woodsville Crest. Robinsons Offices is also in contention for the awards with developments including Cybergate Iloilo Towers 1 & 2, Cybergate Iloilo Tower 3, GBF Center 1, and work.able Robinsons Summit Center.

After last year’s triumphant win as Best Industrial Developer (Asia) at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final, Aboitiz InfraCapital Economic Estates returns with nominations for the industrial-anchored projects TARI Estate and LIMA Estate, including Biz Hub and LIMA Tower 1. Aboitiz Land also earns nods for Foressa Mountain Town and The Strides at LIMA.

Cebu Landmasters Incorporated is also a strong contender this year, with nominations for projects across Visayas and Mindanao: Casa Mira Homes Butuan, Casa Mira Homes Davao, Casa Mira Towers Guadalupe, Citadines Bacolod City, lyf Cebu City, Mirani Steps Danao, The East Village at DGT, Velmiro Greens Bohol, and Velmiro Heights Consolacion.

Federal Land, Inc. and Federal Land NRE Global, Inc., along with subsidiaries Horizon Land Property Development Corporation and Sunshine Fort North Bonifacio Realty Development Corporation, received nominations for such innovative and luxurious projects as Marco Polo Residences, Mi Casa, Mitsukoshi BGC, Quantum Residences, Riverpark, Siena Towers, The Grand Midori Ortigas, The Seasons Residences, and Yume at Riverpark.

The Estate Makati, a joint venture of SM Development Corporation (SMDC) and Federal Land, is also nominated for top honours. SM Development Corporation (SMDC) itself is poised for real estate greatness with nominations for Charm Residences, Hill Residences, SMDC Cheerful Homes 2, and Sunnyvale 2. SM Offices by SM Prime will also compete in the commercial categories alongside innovative projects such as FourE-com Center and SM City Clark Tech Hub.

Ayala Land, Inc., along with Alveo Land and AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp., makes a strong comeback this year with nominations for Ayala Triangle Gardens Tower 2, Cerule at Solinea, Pampanga Technopark, Parkford Suites Legazpi, Patio Suites Abreeza, and Viento at Cerca.
