Real estate’s finest honoured at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards International Luncheon
The PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards International Luncheon for Australia, India & Greater Niseko was held on 9 December 2022, right before the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final
Real estate developers and designers went head-to-head for the nation’s best awards at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards International Luncheon for Australia, India, and Greater Niseko, which was celebrated right before the 17th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final.
Dinner was a smorgasbord of flavours from India and Thailand: Poo Ja; Yum Nuea Ma Kheua On; Tom Yam Goong lai Suea; Gaeng Massaman Lamb; Pla Kapong Pad Ta Krai; Goog Yai Rad Sauce Ma Kham; Pad Pak Ruam Nam Mun Hoi; and steamed organic jasmine rice and rice berry were served.
To top it all off, there was Pol La Mai, Khao Niew Mamuang, and ice cream Maprao for dessert.
Auriton Group became the first winner of the Best Developer title in the history of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Australia).
SPG Land won the most awards for any company this year, winning all seven of its nominations for its Gold Coast development, Paradiso Place, including Best Integrated WFH Development, Best Smart Building Development, and Best Waterfront Apartment Development.
William Wu, director of Mayrin Group, became the first recipient of the Australia Real Estate Personality of the Year award.
Blue Waves Group led the 2022 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Greater Niseko) with multiple wins for Andaru Collection Niseko, receiving the Best Resort Housing Architectural Design, Best Resort Housing Interior Design, and Best Completed Resort Housing Development titles.
Nihon Harmony Resorts KK and PCPD jointly won the title of Best Integrated Resort Development for Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono and Hanazono Resort Niseko. They also received the Special Recognition for Tourism Landmark Development for Mountain Lights at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono, a light-based art installation by the artist Bruce Munro.
Moreover, Embassy REIT won all eight of its nominations in the 3rd Annual PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (India), including the never-before-presented Best Operational Office Portfolio award.
Casagrand Builder Pvt. Ltd. received the never-before-presented title of Best Lifestyle Developer.
Sahil Vachani, CEO and managing director of Max Estates Limited, was inaugurated as the first recipient of the India Real Estate Personality of the Year award.
“I’d like to dedicate this award to my team at Max Estates where we continually strive to deliver on our purpose to enhance the quality of lives through the spaces that we create,” said Vachani.
The awards ceremony ended with the awardees on the stage for the annual group photo.
