PIK2 Sedayu Indo City
Dubbed “The New Jakarta City”, PIK2 Sedayu Indo City is a 2,650-hectare integrated seaside township in Tangerang. It is a new venture of Agung Sedayu Group and Salim Group, following the success of the original Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK1).
PIK2 Sedayu Indo City is just seven minutes away from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport and directly accessible from the Inner and Outer Ring Roads.
Significantly larger than its predecessor, PIK2 holds a comprehensive range of living components: residential areas, commercial zones, hospitality and lifestyle destinations, private schools and universities, hospitals, modern sports clubs, and recreational facilities. It is designed as a smart city, with multiple modes of transport connecting it to many parts of Greater Jakarta.
At the heart of the PIK2 CBD is Southeast Asia’s biggest Islamic financial district, with the Menara Syariah office complex as its centrepiece. Nearby is the Sedayu Watertown Mall, centred around the 14-hectare Celebration Lake.
PIK2 also features the 4-kilometre-long White Sand Beach, which connects to the 6-kilometre Miami Beach: both relaxing destinations to meet family and friends. The township has another popular outdoor location at Community Park where the White Sand Beach meets the Tahang River.
PIK2 has many open spaces and green lungs, such as the 60-hectare Greenbelt with river attractions, and the 54-hectare Ecopark, the only multi-religion, multi-cultural complex in Indonesia. PIK2 is also home to the Nusantara International Convention & Exhibition centre, with a capacity for 48,000 people.
