Tan Zhiyong, the chief executive officer of MCC Singapore, today rose to the prestigious title of Singapore Real Estate Personality of the Year during the presentation of the 13th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore).
The glamorous ceremony recognised an individual who has done so much for the city-state’s infrastructural and built environment over the past decades. Hari V Krishnan, CEO and managing director of PropertyGuru Group, took the stage at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore to present the golden statuette to the esteemed executive.
The editorial team of Property Report, the official magazine of the Awards, had chosen Tan to receive the title for his outsized contributions to the real estate, construction, and infrastructure sectors in Singapore.
“I am proud to be conferred the Real Estate Personality of the Year award and I would like to thank PropertyGuru for this accolade,” said Tan. “It is my privilege to be inducted in the hall of fame for this category.”
