As an Executive Director of Ayala Corporation and Senior Vice President at Ayala Land, Inc., Ms Zobel de Ayala oversees key divisions such as Ayala Malls, Ayala Land Offices, and Ayala Land Hotels & Resorts. Her leadership has been instrumental in advancing the company’s leasing and hospitality sectors. Before assuming her current role, she played a pivotal role at the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), where she drove marketing and digital platforms for the Consumer Bank as a Senior Vice President.

Ms Zobel de Ayala’s influence extends beyond her executive roles. She serves on the boards of several Ayala Group companies, contributing to the strategic direction of entities such as Ayala Land, AC Health, and BPI’s Asset Management and Trust Company. Additionally, she is a board advisor for Asia Partners, a Singapore-based private equity firm focused on enabling the next generation of high-growth technology companies in Southeast Asia. Her commitment to education equality is evident in her role as a board director of U-Go, an organisation dedicated to providing scholarship grants to women in emerging markets.

With a career that began at J.P. Morgan in New York City, Ms Zobel de Ayala’s journey is marked by excellence and a relentless pursuit of growth. She holds a BA in Social Studies from Harvard College and an MBA from INSEAD, further solidifying her foundation in leadership and strategy.
