YBhg. Datuk Sr Haji Kamarulzaman bin Mat Salleh is the Executive Director (Management) of Kuala Lumpur City Hall (KLCH), a Fellow Member of Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) and a Registered Valuer, Estate Agent and Property Manager with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP). He also the current President of Malaysian Institute of Property and Facility Managers (MIPFM).
He obtained his Master in Land Administration & Development and Bachelor Degree in Surveyor (Property Management) from the University of Technology Malaysia (UTM). He holds a Certification of Mediator from the Malaysian Mediation Centre (MMC) under the auspices of the Bar Council of Malaysia.
