Lights, gold, action—the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore) celebrated their lucky 13th edition last Friday, 27 October.
The glamorous, black-tie gala dinner and presentation ceremony took place for the first time at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore.
Collectively known as the Gold Standard of real estate, the Awards in Singapore enjoyed the support of an equally golden sponsor: Mitsubishi Electric Asia Pte Ltd. Ke Yam Cheong, senior general manager of Mitsubishi Electric Asia Pte Ltd, gamely participated in the ceremonies and presented some categories.
The company is honoured to be chosen as gold sponsor of this year’s Awards in Singapore, he says. “Together, we shine a spotlight on the remarkable achievements of the credible and forward-thinking developers who go beyond the boundaries to drive innovation and urban development of sophisticated urban centres throughout Asia.”
Mitsubishi Electric Asia has positioned itself as the premier choice for air-conditioning systems on a global scale. Committed to reducing its environmental impact and promoting eco-friendliness, the company has recently introduced a cutting-edge line of energy-efficient air-conditioners. They incorporate the low-impact refrigerant known as R32, which leads to significant cost savings for businesses and consumers.
“The global impact of climate change is becoming increasingly evident,” says Cheong. “As a socially responsible organisation with a shared vision of a sustainable future, we are dedicated to introducing initiatives that foster a low-carbon, promote energy efficiency, recycling-based society in harmony with nature.”
Mitsubishi Electric Asia is one with the Awards in celebrating the achievements and milestones of the property sector. The PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards’ constant search for sustainable designs and developments resonates with the company.
In addition to Mitsubishi Electric Asia Pte Ltd., the 13th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore) had the support of official portal partner PropertyGuru.com.sg; official magazine Property Report by PropertyGuru; media partners AspirantSG, d+a Magazine, SquareRooms, and Top 10 Singapore; supporting association Singapore Estate Agents Association; and official supervisor HLB.
