Finalists vie for Best in Asia titles at 19th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final

2024 awards series finale will unite top developers across the region, from the Middle East to Australia

BANGKOK, Thailand — The 2024 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards will culminate in an exclusive gathering of finalists from its celebrations across the region on Friday, 13 December at The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok.

The 19th Annual PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final, supported by V-ZUG Thailand, will honour award-winning developers from Southeast Asia, South Asia, East Asia, the Middle East, and Australia in around 70 categories. These finalists are set to advance to the prestigious event marking the finale of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series in 2024.

A highlight of the celebration will be the presentation of the PropertyGuru Icon Award to Henry T. Sy, Jr., non-executive director and chairman of the board at SM Prime Holdings, by the editorial team of Property Report by PropertyGuru, the official magazine of the Awards.

The 19th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final is a highlight of PropertyGuru Week, a series of events taking place from 11 to 14 December. This week-long celebration features the PropertyGuru Asia Real Estate Summit and the debut of the Awards in the Middle East, as well as the latest editions of the Awards in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, India, Sri Lanka, and Cambodia.
