BANGKOK, Thailand — 7 December 2021

The leading lights of real estate, architecture and design in the Chinese territories clinched marks of excellence today at the virtual gala celebration of the 2021 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau), presented in association with Anjuke, part of leading Chinese online marketplace 58.com, and supported by Nectaris.

Around 51 companies based out of Mainland China and Hong Kong received winning titles and Highly Commended citations in this year’s edition of the awards. China Overseas Property won the all-new award of Top Developer (Mainland China) while Great Eagle Holdings Limited won the coveted title of Best Developer (Hong Kong). Another all-new title, Top Boutique Developer (Mainland China), was awarded to Huabiao Venture Group Co., Ltd.

This year’s edition of the awards in Mainland China honoured outstanding projects across 14 Development categories from such developers as Beijing Heli Yunxing Real Estate Co., Ltd.; Changsha Zhongliang Heng Real Estate Co. The awards in Mainland China this year continued the tradition of accolading the country’s finest design practices. Winners include Benoy; Chongqing Yuandao Architecture Co. The awards in Hong Kong also presented winning titles to prolific design practices such as Atelier Global; Urbanprojects Architecture & Planning; and inT Design Furniture Limited. They were joined by top developers and investors such as Sino-Ocean Group and Link Asset Management Limited, which received honours in Development and Design categories.

A variety of special awards were presented to excellent household brands and suppliers operating in Mainland China such as Daikin, Fotile, Panasonic, Robam, and Tata Wooden Door. Design practices F.G Studio and Hangzhou Jizhi Space Design Co., Ltd. meanwhile received the Special Recognition for Residential Interior Furnishing.

The 2021 edition of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau) laureled excellent developers, architects, designers, and real estate brands across a total of 56 categories. The virtual gala celebration made its global premiere on AsiaPropertyAwards.com/tv-podcast and live channels on Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Highlights of the show will be broadcast on the History Channel.
