The luncheon served as a grand prelude to the evening’s 19th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final, welcoming esteemed developers, architects, designers, and real estate professionals from across Asia and beyond. With its legacy of recognising and honouring outstanding real estate achievements, the Awards programme continued to expand its reach, including the introduction of the new Middle East market this year.
