Suphin Mechuchep

Current  Responsibilities  Mrs. Suphin Mechuchep is currently serving as the CEO of Sen x Public Company Limited, a company dedicated to creating and development business real estate and world-class service in Thailand. With a network of operations spanning from commercial business including office buildings for rent, hotels, shopping centers, service apartments and warehouses to health-related business, Sen X Public Company Limited strives to elevate the standards of operation to an international level.  Work Experience  Suphin Mechuchep has been working with JLL, a leading global and largest real estate consultancy and services firm in Thailand with approximately 1,600 employees, since 1991. She is responsible for driving key business strategies, including various business units such as sales and leasing agents, building management, and consulting services. With extensive knowledge and understanding of managing different types of assets and real estate, she has continuously expanded the company's business growth.  In 2007, she was appointed as the Managing Director of the company, and in 2021, she was appointed as the Chairperson, playing a crucial role in representing clients in conducting large real estate investment transactions.

Sr. Leong Choong Peng

Leong Choong Peng has more than 53 years’ work experience as a chartered quantity surveyor with track record of projects in Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Bangladesh. He is based in Thailand for the last 35 years.   He is the Advisor to Mentabuild Limited (previously known as Arcadis Thailand), a construction consultancy based in Thailand.   He was the Managing Director of both Davis Langdon & Seah (Thailand) Ltd. and LECE (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and an International Partner of Davis Langdon Seah International Group for 26 years and Director of Arcadis Thailand.   He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, UK (FRICS), a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (FAIQS), a Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQSAIQS), a Member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors & Valuers (MSISV), a Member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (MRISM), a Registered Consultant Quantity Surveyor of the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (CQS-BQSM), International Cost Engineers Council Accredited (ICECA), Founder and Fellow of the Association of Quantity Surveyors Thailand (FAQST), an Associate of the Chartered Institution of Arbitrators, UK (ACIArb) and was an Accredited Mediator of the Construction Industry Development Board, Malaysia (CIDB Malaysia).   He is currently a Councillor of Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS) International Chapter Region 1 and was a Director of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (2018 – 2022), Founder and International Representative of the Association of Quantity Surveyors (AQST), Thailand and Vice President in the ASEAN Association of Quantity Surveyors (AQSA). He had previously served as Chairman for the RICS Thailand Association.

Marciano Birjmohun

Marciano Birjmohun is on the Board of Directors for the Singapore Thai Chamber of Commerce. He is on the forefront of International Project Marketing and Business Development for real estate developers on a regional level. Marciano is often seen in the media as guest speaker and influencer at industry related events. He has been on the Central panel of Judges since 2015.

Chaiyuth Pete Thirangoon

Pete C. Thirangoon is a hotel planning and investment consultant having been in the industry for over 10 years. Most of his work involved business development, asset management, and project development planning for mixed-use projects, hotels and resorts covering from economy to upscale and upscale boutique. He has been involved in numerous strategic hospitality planning, hotel operator selection, competitive landscape analysis, design and development management for multiple projects along tourism and economic destinations. From time to time, Pete takes opportunity to help educate new graduates on commercial approach to hospitality planning and design.

Chaivut Saengaram Ph.D.

Since 2013, logistics specialist and engineer Chaivut Saengaram has been the chief operating officer of Chuchawal - Royal Haskoning Ltd where he handled such international projects as the Keells distribution center and ice cream factory in Sri Lanka. Educated in Thailand, Germany, Japan and the US, Chaivut previously served as vice-president of Chuchawal-de Weger International Ltd. and chief of engineering section at the Port Authority of Thailand. With Technical Company Limited, he managed such projects as the 120-rai theme park Dream World (Amazing Land) and the Unithai Container Yard Terminal.

Dr. Phongthon Tharachai

Dr. Phongthon Tharachai's is the CEO of PPS Group and Joint Managing Director of PPS One Works. A Chulalongkorn University engineering and law graduate, he also as a master’s from the University of Illinois and obtained his doctorate in engineering from Kyoto University. He joined PPS in 1998 as a civil engineer. Since then he has wide experience in infrastructure projects such as the second stage of the Bangkok Expressway Project as well as the MRT Blue Line. Knowledgeable also in finance and investment, Dr. Phongthon was appointed CEO of PPS Group in 2017.

Paul D. Volodarsky

Paul is the regional head of the real estate practice group and the regional head of the hospitality sector. His practice focuses on corporate structuring for real estate investment, hotel management agreement negotiation and drafting, industrial and retail property acquisitions, and construction contracts.  He has advised individual buyers, developers, and investment groups on real estate investment throughout Southeast Asia with a focus on the industrial and hospitality sectors. While advising clients, his focus is to understand their investment goals and to identify creative solutions to achieve the desired outcome.

Clayton Wade

Clayton Wade has been in the real estate industry for over 37 years with 27 years as Managing Director of the Premier Homes Real Estate Company. This is Clayton’s 16th year with the Thailand Property Awards, having served as both a Central Panel Judge and Eastern Seaboard Regional Judge. He is known throughout the Asia-Pacific region for his writing and public speaking, having written for the Bangkok Post, Thailand Property Report, and Tropical Homes Magazine, just to name a few. Clayton Wade also appears as the ‘resident real estate consultant for Thailand’s Property Profile television show. His many accomplishments in promoting Thailand’s real estate industry include having appeared with several of Thailand’s top political and business figures on CNBC’s Managing Asia program.

Sumitha Soorian

Sumi is the Chief Marketing & Commercial Officer at The Headland, Phuket, a luxury ocean front branded development set within the exclusive Cape Yamu Peninsula on Phuket’s East Coast.    

She is also Senior Advisor to the board of the Phuket Hotels Association, where she has been the Executive Director since its inception in 2016.  

As a seasoned marketing and management professional, she specialises in project and business development. After studying in Malaysia, Sumi obtained her undergraduate degree in Business Administration, majoring in Management & Marketing in the USA.  

Sumi spent her formative career in Sydney, Australia working for IDP Education (co-owner of IELTS), a semi-government owned international leader in student recruitment agency where she held roles such as Client Business Manager and Global Brand Manager before being seconded to IDP China where she took over as Senior Manager for Sales and Operations based in Beijing and Shanghai respectively.

Originally from the UK, George is a dynamic individual with an educational background and University degree in Business and Marketing. His skillset and analytical approach along with experience in operational management has shown his interest and ability to develop and implement best approach strategies and plans. George has worked in the real estate industry on Koh Samui for a number of years having been involved in property agency, consulting and development sectors and has worked closely with a range of real estate developers and products on all levels including some extremely high-end luxury developments and well recognised brands. He currently owns and operates a professional real estate investment agency (Form Realty Thailand) with a primary focus on providing clients with a well rounded and trustworthy service that supports their specific and individual requirements and needs. All of the above combined has allowed him to establish his current presence and reputation within the Thailand real estate industry.
