Must have completed at least 5 residential, commercial,or hospitality developments in United Arab Emirates since January 2019. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.

Best Developer  (KSA)

Must have completed at least 5 residential, commercial,or hospitality developments in Kingdom of Saudi Arabis since January 2019. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.

Best Breakthrough Developer (UAE)

Must have launched first project during or after 2023 and have at least one new project in the pipeline to be launched before the end of 2024. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.
