Datuk Ezumi Harzani is the President of Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia (PAM). He was appointed as the Advisory Board member of Kuala Lumpur City Hall from 2015 to 2019 and was a board member of Board of Architects Malaysia from 2013-2021. Ezumi is also the Director of Arkitek MAA Sdn Bhd, involves in implementation of various portfolios including hospitals, residential, office buildings and hotels. He graduated with Bachelor of Housing, Building and Planning, and Bachelor of Architecture from University of Science Malaysia, and Master of Philosophy (Policy Studies) from University of Technology Malaysia.

He was called “Malaysian Bar” in 2001 after he achieved the Bar Vocation course (BVC) in Newcastle. In 2003, he joined Messrs Tia & Noordin and successfully incorporated systematic, computerized systems into the firms’ conveyancing practice. He has become a partner of this firm in 2013 and ventured into Pharmacy, Transport logistics, Food and Beverages, Petrol Stations and Property Development respectively.

Ir. Ashwin Thurairajah is a Professional Engineer and Executive Director of GreenRE (Green Real Estate). He joined GreenRE in 2017 and has been spearheading the push for sustainable development in Malaysia through green building certification.
He has over 17 years of experience in engineering spanning building services, oil & gas and sustainable real estate gathered through several local and international roles. Ir. Ashwin was part of the drafting committee for the upcoming Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act (EECA) and is also in the technical committee for Malaysian Standards pertaining to energy efficiency in buildings.

Sr Haji Ishak bin Ismail is the Founder and Managing Director of IM Global Property Consultants Sdn Bhd. He has been in real estate practice since 1991. In 2015, he has been accredited as an International Certified Valuation Specialist or Business Valuer by the International Association of Consultants, Valuators and Analysts (IACVA). He obtained his Master in Business Administration (MBA) from International Islamic University, Malaysia in 2006. He has more than 28 years of experience in consultancy services including valuation, estate agency, project management, auction and property training. Dato’ Sr Lau Wai Seang, the RISM President Session 2017/2018, amongst others, admitted the intangible asset valuers as members of RISM and registered the prefix ‘Sr’ of RISM members under Class 42 of the Trade Marks Act 1976 of Malaysia.
She is a registered real estate valuer and is also certified jointly by the Corporation of Intellectual Property of Malaysia (MyIPO) and World Trade Institute (WTI), Switzerland as an Intellectual Property Valuer.
She logged 35 years of service in the Valuation and Property Services Department (JPPH), Ministry of Finance Malaysia. Between 2019 and 2022, she was the Chairman of Ian Scott International (Malaysia), an integrated valuation service provider, licenced from its parent office in UK with the same name.
Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) recognised her contributions through the Surveyor of the Year 2020 Award.

Mustapha Kamal, an Auckland University alumni from the New Zealand has been practicing architecture for the past 27 years and is a Fellow member of Malaysia Institute of Architects (PAM) and had served 6 terms as PAM Council Member 1997-2000 and 2014 till 2017. He still sits in various PAM Committees. He was also a devoted Rotarian. He is currently the committee member in the Urban wellbeing, Sustainability, Housing and Environmental Resilience (USHER) of PAM. He is also heading the task force in the PAM Strategic Plan 2030 on Architecture: Cities Now and Future. His area of expertise is Urban Resilience. Apart from this he also Co-Chairs the Media and Publications of PAM. His was the Convener of the PAM Roundtable Discussion with Archinesia and the members of the publications communities during the 2016 Kuala Lumpur Architectural Festival that deals with Future Communities where the Mayor of Bandung, Pak Ridwan Kamil was the guest speaker. He is now the Curator for the yearly event of the Housing and Urbanity 2017 organised by PAM which entitled How New Urban Agenda will fulfil the Sustainable Communities goals.

Noraida is a professional town planner registered with the Board of Town Planners Malaysia with 25+ years’ experience in the built environment industry A senior associate at AJM Planning and Urban Design Group (APUDG), specialising in strategic planning and managing major national and international projects of wide-ranging nature.
She is a thought leader and influencer in sustainable developments, climate change and low carbon cities and was responsible in the development of the Malaysian-owned low carbon cities framework and assessment system (LCCF); a tool and assessment system to measure carbon emission from cities and development. She is passionate about promoting sustainable development, liveable urban environment as well as green lifestyle. She has been and still active in the promotion of sustainable developments particularly to town planners, professionals in the built environment, local authorities, developers and communities, driven by desire to address the negative impact of rapid urban development and climate change. Noraida is also strongly passionate in the conservation of natural and cultural heritage, and has vast experience in preparing conservation management plan for numerous UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Malaysia.
Graduated from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom, Noraida sits on the Malaysian Board of Town Planners and is currently a vice-president of the Commonwealth Association of Planners (CAP).
