Best Developer (Mainland China)  

Should have completed at least 2 developments in Mainland China from 2020 to the present. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.

Best Luxury Developer (Mainland China)  

Must have completed at least 3 luxury residential developments (For Housing Development should have an average price per unit over RMB 12 million. For Condo Development should have an average unit price apartments with at an average unit price of RMB 100,000 per sqm and more) since January 2020. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.

Best Boutique Developer (Mainland China)

Should have completed at least 1 development in Mainland China from 2020 to present. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.

Best Hospitality Developer (Mainland China)

Should have completed at least 1 hospitality development in Mainland China from 2020 to present. Hospitality developer includes hotel and/or resort sector. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.

Best Mixed Use Developer (Mainland China)

Should have completed at least 1 mixed-use development in Mainland China from 2020 to present. Mixed-Use developers should include at least two interconnected components in their projects: residential, retail, office, hospitality, entertainment, etc. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.

Best Ultra Luxury Condo Development (Mainland China)

Open to condominiums with an average unit price of more than RMB 50,000 per sq. Meter. The development must be completed in the period between January 2023 and before December 2027. Must have a show unit.

Best Luxury Condo Development (Mainland China)

Open to condominiums with an average unit price of RMB 30,000 to 50,000 per sq. meter. The development must be completed in the period between January 2023 and before December 2027. Must have a show unit.

Best High-End Condo Development (Mainland China)

Open to condominiums with an average unit price of RMB 15,000 to 30,000 per sq. meter. The development must be completed in the period between January 2023 and before December 2027. Must have a show unit.

Best Affordable Condo Development (Mainland China)

Open to condominiums with an average unit price of less than RMB 15,000 per sq. meter. The development must be completed in the period between January 2023 and before December 2027. Must have a show unit.

Open to Completed condominiums and apartments project with hand over date since Jan 2022 to Dec 2023. Must have show unit.

Best Connectivity Condo Development (Mainland China)

Open to condominiums and apartments which located less than 400m from closest transit station (Multi Modal Transport) or major highways. The development must be completed in the period between January 2023 and December 2027. Must have a show unit.

Best Waterfront Condo Development (Mainland China)

Best Senior Living Development (Mainland China)

Open to residential projects that offer facilities and services that especially cater to senior citizens, such as daily fitness activities, onsite healthcare, senior-friendly surroundings and social programmes. The development must be completed in the period between January 2023 and before December 2027. Must have a show unit.

Best Wellness Residential Development  (Mainland China)

Open to residential projects that include a variety of facilities that cater to residents' health and wellness. The development must be completed in the period between January 2023 and before December 2027.  Must have a show unit.

Best Investment Condo Development

Open to Condo project with a range of facilities and management services that allow owners to rent out their property to long term tenants or as a holiday home. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2027.

Best Investment Housing Development

Open to Housing project with a range of facilities and management services that allow owners to rent out their property to long term tenants or as a holiday home. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2027.

Best Nature Integrated Development

Open to residential developments that are designed and built to integrate with their natural surroundings. At least 60% of units must face nature and the project must offer convenient on-and off-site access to green spaces.

Best Hotel Development (Mainland China)

Open to hotels development. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2027.

Best Retail Development (Mainland China)

Open to retails development. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2027.

Best Office Development (Mainland China)

Open to office development. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2027.

Best Mixed Use Development (Mainland China)

Open to mixed-use development. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and December 2027. The development must have two or more of office, retail, hotel or residential components.

Best Asset Enhancement Initiative (Mainland China)

The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2027.

Best Entertainment Development (Mainland China)

The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2027.

Best Service Apartment/Suite Development (Mainland China)

The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2027.

Best Landmark Development (Mainland China)

Open to residential and commercial development. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2027. Must have show unit. The criteria used to judge developers’ eligibility for this award includes: • Its role of spatial reference and dominance in the city or local area • Characteristics and uniqueness and shown in the design and construction • Economic and social value/impact of the development in the city • Diverse cultural meanings

Best Sporting Facility Development (Mainland China)

The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2027.

Best Educational Development (Mainland China)

The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2027.

Best Convention Centre Development (Mainland China)

The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2027.

Best Themed Attraction Development (Mainland China)

The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2027.

Best Smart Building Development  (Mainland China)

Open to commercial developments that use internet-connected devices to enable the remote monitoring and management of building systems, such as lighting, temperature and security. The development must be innovative in the use of technology and be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2027. Must have a show unit. 

Best Smart Home Development  (Mainland China)

Open to residential projects that use internet-connected devices to enable the remote monitoring and management of appliances and systems, such as lighting, temperature and security. The development must be completed in the period between January 2023 and before December 2027. All shortlisted residential developments are eligible.

Best Green Development (Mainland China)

Open for Residential and Commercial projects. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2027. Open to developments with internationally recognised green certification (granted). Development must include relevant documents, images and certifications to support each entry as evidence of: • Energy saving systems • Water management systems • Waste management systems • Health related features.

Sustainable Design Award

The Developer prioritizes sustainable design as a fundamental aspect of its projects, incorporating environmentally responsible practices and materials to minimize the negative environmental impact of construction, operation, and maintenance of buildings and communal areas.

Sustainable Construction Award

The Developer demonstrates sustainable construction practices through project management, craftsmanship, and innovative construction techniques, minimizing waste, saving energy and applying source reduction strategies.

Energy Efficiency Award
