China’s finest developers from Mainland, Hong Kong and Macau territories will be honoured at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards to celebrate the best of the best in China’s real estate sector in the past year.
The 2020 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards are the most respected and most sought-after real estate industry honours. The culminating event is part of the regional PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards programme established in 2005. With a professionally run judging system supervised by BDO, one of the world’s largest auditing and accountancy firms, the Asia Property Awards is the gold standard in real estate.
Paul Tse has been active in property development and hotel investment in Asia and North America, sitting on the board of Keck Seng Investments (HK) Ltd, Sheraton Saigon Hotel, Caravelle Hotel in HoChiMinh City, Holiday Inn Wuhan Riverside, W Hotel San Francisco, Sofitel New York, and Golden Crown Development Ltd in Macau, where he was appointed by the SAR Government to serve as member on the Economic Council, Town Planning Council, Urban Renewal Council, as well as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Macau Electric Company. A member of the Chinese Peoples Political Consultative Committee of Yunnan Province, Mr. Tse is the current Chairman of The American Chamber of Commerce in Macau, and President of the Macau Association of Building Contractors and Developers.
Yu Kam Hung

A Chartered General Practice Surveyor, Kam-hung has more than 36 years of experience in Asian real estate and capital markets, particularly in Hong Kong and the People’s Republic of China. He leads different services teams of professionals engaged in a variety of real estate activities including, but not limited to, serving clients’ acquisition and disposition needs to meet their investment target, development planning and public financing. Kam-Hung's also provides professional advice for high-level rent review cases, independent and litigation valuations, non-performing loan portfolio consultancy and securitisation consultancy for international financial institutions, and, in HK and the PRC, financing services for large-scaled investment/development properties, and land advisory and negotiation for developers.
Vincent Cheung

Vincent Cheung was appointed as an independent non-executive Director in 2018 and is the chairman of the Nomination Committee as well as a member of the Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee of the company. Mr. Cheung has over 27 years of experience in the real estate industry and assets valuation and advisory sector. Mr. Cheung is currently the managing director of Vincorn Consulting and Appraisal Limited, where he is responsible for the corporate valuation and advisory services across Asia. Prior to this, Vincent was part of Colliers International (Hong Kong) Limited, a global real estate firm, and last served as the deputy managing director of valuation and advisory services division in Asia where he was responsible for providing valuation and corporate advisory services across Asia.
Gregory Ku is a Fellow Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).
He has over 30 years of experience in the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau real estate market. He has previously served as the Managing Director of the Macau branch of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) as well as the Head of Logistics and Industrial Services at JLL's Hong Kong branch.
He has extensive experience in project planning and development, investment, leasing, and property management in the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau real estate market.
Bernie Devine

Bernie Devine’s international experience covers asset and investment management, private equity, operations improvement, program and project management, finance, technology implementation and compliance. Devine is currently responsible for the growth of Yardi Systems business in Asia. A qualified accountant and economist, with more then 60 publications and extensive public speaking experience under his name, Australian-born Devine lives in Hong Kong and travels extensively around Asia Pacific. He is also involved in a number of charities and regular volunteer work
Jimmy Wardhana

Jimmy Wardhana is a Registered Architect with prior experience in Sydney, Australia. As a young and driven architect, Jimmy has architectural and interior design experience in a variety of building typologies, including hospitality, residence, laboratory, educational institution and commercial design. His broad experience has given him the skill set to approach any type and size of project with confidence and instigate new creative possibilities. Before co-founding JWCC Architecture, Jimmy joined the Australian, award-winning practice – BVN Architecture. He was involved in key projects including the Kinghorn Cancer Centre in Sydney and Ravenswood School in Gordon, which both have received the prestigious awards of architecture in Australia. Jimmy has won numerous awards for his design works and most notably been awarded The Chinese Design Outstanding Youth 40 under 40 for his achievement in 2018.

Sr Yew is a registered professional Surveyor, as well as the Vice President of China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce (HK and International Chapter). He is also a Vice Chairman of China Committee of HKGCC and was the former Chairman of Planning and Development Division of HKIS. Sr Yew is the Senior Vice President of Lai Fung Holdings Ltd. and has more than 30 years' professional real estate investment and development expertise in Greater China Region.
The 2020 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau) virtual red carpet and virtual awards presentation ceremony will be broadcast on Wednesday, 2 December 2020 (GMT+8)
For the first time ever, the virtual red carpet and virtual gala will be watched by consumers and real estate agents. They will be joined by shortlisted developers, sponsors and partners, comprising C-level and senior industry figures in real estate development, property consultancy, construction, marketing, property technology, legal, finance, and architecture and design. Select members of the media cover the event.
The virtual gala ceremony happens during “PropertyGuru Week” and is followed by the PropertyGuru Asia Real Estate Summit 2020: Virtual Edition on 3 December, and the 15th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final on 4 December.
