Obtaining his BBA and MBA degrees from the National University of Management and Norton University respectively, Sorn Seap has merged his intricate academic knowledge and passion for the field of real estate.
A well-seasoned veteran of over a decade in the real estate and property valuation industry, Sorn Seap contributes his experiences and profound local real estate knowledge cultivated through his former works with renowned local and international real estate companies including Lee Real Estate, Bonna Realty Group, Knight Frank (Malaysia), Knight Frank (Cambodia), Key Real Estate, KH25 Property and Asia Pacific Property Appraisal.
Versed in all aspects of real estate, his experiences have included intensive in-class training on property valuation in Malaysia, including field work on the supervisory and management levels.
Sorn Seap is currently the President for Cambodian Valuers and Estate Agents Association (CVEA), Chairman for KH25 Property, Chairman for Asia Pacific Property Appraisal and he is also the Chairperson of judging panel for PropertyGuru Cambodia Property Awards.

Michel has more than 20 years’ experience in several countries: Portugal, France, Australia, China, Vietnam and Cambodia. He has practiced architecture and urban design while conducting multi-disciplinary design teams. Michel has worked on a wide range of projects from shopping centers in China and Vietnam to hotels & resorts in Vietnam and Australia to residential and commercial buildings in Cambodia. His design team won the BCI 2015 Green Leadership award for the Laurelton Diamonds Project in Phnom Penh. Michel is actively involved in the construction industry in Cambodia through various Eurocham committees -- Real Estate & Construction and Green Biz -- with a specific focus on green buildings.

Griffiths began his career in real estate in London, UK in a property consultancy role advising developers in on landmark developments such as The Shard, Chelsea Barracks and Battersea Power Station. Having completed a Master’s Degree in Commercial Property Development, Griffiths moved to Phnom Penh full-time in 2011 to work in the real estate industry and has continued to do so ever since.
After 5.5 Years at CBRE Cambodia as Senior Associate Director, Griffiths began his own Commercial Real Estate firm, The Mall Company specializing in Commercial Real Estate, Property Management, Retail Real Estate and Development Consultancy. Griffiths has managed, set-up or consulted on in excess of 1.5 million square meters of real estate in Cambodia and has a depth of knowledge and experience spanning valuation, research, leasing, property management and development consultancy.

Dr. Simon Vancliff originates from London and holds a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) from the London School of Economics, is MRICS certified for Commercial Property and Valuation as well as holding a Diploma in Advance Valuations from Oxford Brookes University. He has more than 18 years of experience of managing the full project lifecycle for projects throughout most Asian countries. Simons projects consist of single tower projects to sizeable projects of several thousand hectares for townships. In 2017 he received a medal of recognition from the Prime Minister of Cambodia for his efforts in development and implementation of large infrastructure projects that expanded Phnom Penh's access to surrounding provinces and regions.

Kinkesa Kim is the Associate Director at CBRE Cambodia, leading research and consulting business with primary focus on supervision of assignments, client management for local and international investors and corporations as well as overall business development. Michael has 15 years experience in construction across the Middle East and South East Asia, specializing in MEP and building services. Starting out at a site engineer on the iconic Bahrain World Trade Center with Mercury Engineering, Michael continued his career with Mercury as a project manager and later Regional Construction Director overseeing Mercury’s operations across the Middle East.
Michael moved to Cambodia 6 years ago joining Comin Asia to oversee their regional Construction operations and has secured and delivered projects across multiple sectors. Led by Michael, Comin’s construction division have delivered and continue to deliver MEP construction services to some of Phnom Penh’s most iconic projects including Vattanac Capital Tower, Acleda Bank HQ, TK Royal, Hyatt Regency, Sathapana Bank HQ and many others.
