Open to township developments with at least one completed building in an ongoing project. The development must include landed residential, retail, educational and/or medical facilities.The development must be completed in the period between January 2024 and December 2028.

Best Mega Township Development

Open to township developments with at least one completed building in an ongoing project with over 500 acres. The development must include landed residential, retail, educational and/or medical facilities. The development must be completed in the period between January 2024 and before December 2028.

Best Renovated Residential Development

Open to residential projects which have additional reconstruction of more than 20% of the total project. The development must be completed in the period between January 2022 and before December 2024.

Best Green Residential Development

Open to Residential developments with internationally recognized green certification (granted). The developer must submit relevant documents, images and green certifications to support each entry as evidence of: Energy saving systems and technology, water saving systems and technology, waste management systems and technology.
