The country’s finest developers will be honoured at the first-ever virtual gala of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore) to celebrate the best projects, design and innovation within the industry in the past year.
Presented by global brand Kohler, the 10th Annual PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore) are the most respected and most sought-after real estate industry honours. The event is part of the regional PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards programme established in 2005. With a professionally run judging system supervised by BDO, one of the world’s largest auditing and accountancy firms, the Asia Property Awards is the gold standard in real estate.
Wenhui is a partner of SPARK Architects, an international design studio of 100 staff with offices in London, Shanghai, Beijing and Singapore. She studied architecture at the National University of Singapore. Wenhui’s focus is the design direction of the Singapore studio and the graphic language of the global SPARK brand that she has developed and implemented over the last 5 years. Collage, drawing and printing are important techniques of investigation in her design work. She has previously exhibited a collection of her mono-prints at the Art House Gallery in Singapore the proceeds of which were donated to a Singaporean children’s charity.

Henry Woon

Henry is the Director leading Atelier Ten (Asia) office in Singapore. As a chartered building services engineer, Henry has extensive experience in both building services engineering and environmental design. He has been leading environmental design and consultancy projects such as Jewel Changi, Marina Bay Sands Energy Improvement projects, Mandai Nature Attraction Masterplan. Prior to moving to Singapore, Henry was based in the London head office and led a series of high profile, award-winning projects across the world including the Iconic Greenhouse in UAE, Meixi Lake Sustainable Building Exhibition Centre in China and TMB Headquarters in Turkey. He specialises in building physics and
high-performance building services design. He often combines environmental design principles and computational simulation capabilities to provide positive influence to the design team and ensure that sustainable design strategies are deployed in the context of practical building and system solutions.
Kristin has over 15 years of experience hotel & real estate development and advisory in Europe and Asia. A decade ago, fate brought her to Singapore, where her assignment was to lead development and asset management in APAC for Club Med and Partner with Portman Investment Pte Ltd. She is now Head of Partnerships – SEA, IWG PLC, the largest operator of flexible office space globally.Kristin is a recognized industry leader and a regular panelist & speaker at hotel & real estate investment conferences, a member of the Urban Land Institute - Hotel Development Council & Women's Leadership Initiative.
Carolina Fagnani

With more than 10 years of experience in the Hotel Industry across two continents, Carolina currently serves as Senior Director of Development South East Asia and Pacific
for Radisson Hotel Group. Prior to joining Radisson Hotel Group, Carolina was the Senior Regional Director of Development for Best Western Hotels & Resorts, based in Bangkok. She also held roles with Centara Hotels & Resorts and JLL. Carolina graduated from Bocconi University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration and later obtain a MS in Real Estate and Investment from University of Reading, UK. Recently, she earned a certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University.
With over 20 years experience working in Japan and throughout South East Asia, Greg established Robert Greg Shand Architects in 2005, specializing in bespoke luxury residences. Embracing a philosophy that marries a Japanese less-is-more ethos with Western values, the firm integrates architecture, interior design and landscaping to create sustainable spaces of intelligent simplicity. The firm has designed a wide range of projects in the region, including more than 20 luxury homes in Singapore’s Sentosa Cove; a museum in Little India; premium residences in Australia, New Zealand, India, Myanmar and Malaysia; and boutique hotels in Indonesia. The firm has now expanded their services portfolio with the ALAIA Luxury Villa Collection.
Chua Shang Chai is a Partner in the Dentons Rodyk Real Estate group.
Shang Chai graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2008. He was admitted as Advocate and Solicitor in Singapore in 2009. In early 2010, he joined the real estate department where he continued to pursue and hone his specialization in the real estate legal practice. Since then, Shang Chai has been involved in a multitude of real estate work including collective sales, purchase, mortgage financing and development work for developers, and real estate financing work.
He is named a 2019 Acritas Star – independently rated lawyer.
Joelle leads the implementation of Lendlease’s sustainability strategy in Asia, through leveraging technical capabilities, organisational best practices and external partnerships to deliver its Mission Zero and social value targets.
She is a trained architect and draws on ~18 years of experience in stakeholder engagement and ecosystem development in sustainable built environment. She was the first Asia Pacific Head for World Green Building Council (WorldGBC), spearheading net zero carbon and healthier buildings in the region. Her time at WorldGBC saw 25% more APAC Green Building Councils commit to net zero transformation in their countries.
Joelle previously headed the Smart Sustainable Cities team at the Singapore Economic Development Board, driving public-private partnerships through innovation platforms i.e. “Living Labs” such as NTU EcoCampus, HDB Smart Hub and many more.
She holds a Masters in Architecture from the National University of Singapore, and a MBA from the Singapore Management University.
The 10th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore) virtual red carpet and virtual awards presentation ceremony will be broadcast on Friday, 30 October 2020.
For the first time ever, the virtual red carpet and virtual gala will be watched by consumers and real estate agents. They will be joined by shortlisted developers, sponsors and partners, comprising C-level and senior industry figures in real estate development, property consultancy, construction, marketing, property technology, legal, finance, and architecture and design.
