PropertyGuru Asia Real Estate Summit (ARES 2024) draws an impressive line-up of international speakers
ARES 2024 to welcome over 300 delegates to Bangkok for expert insights on the future of cities
BANGKOK, Thailand — The 10th edition of the PropertyGuru Asia Real Estate Summit (ARES 2024) is set to welcome industry leaders from across APAC and beyond to a one-day educational and inspirational event that will be held on 12 December 2024 at The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok. More than 300 international delegates are expected to attend what has become an unmissable annual gathering of real estate industry leaders, innovators, visionaries, and investors.
At a time of rapid change across the region, this year’s theme, Shaping the Aspirations of Future Cities, encapsulates the challenges urban landscapes face today. With keynote presentations, panel discussions, and expert talks, the summit covers the biggest issues driving real estate development, investment, and growth in Asia today, and aims to refresh thinking, reset agendas, and connect peers.
“If you attend only one real estate show this year, it should be the Asia Real Estate Summit,” said Jules Kay, general manager of PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards and Events. “ARES provides a tremendous opportunity to learn from the experts, to be the first to hear about the latest property and investment trends, and to network with industry leaders from Asia and beyond.”
