The 14th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore) reveal shortlist of nominees

National and transnational developers to be honoured across nearly 30 categories

SINGAPORE — PropertyGuru Group (NYSE:PGRU), Southeast Asia’s leading property technology company, today officially revealed the shortlist of companies nominated for the 14th edition of its real estate awards in Singapore.

The 14th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore), presented by Mitsubishi Electric Asia, will take place Friday, 8 November 2024 at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore. Supported by PropertyGuru.com.sg, Singapore’s leading property portal, the 2024 awards comprise 28 categories, recognising outstanding companies for exceptional projects.

This year’s nominated companies include Chuan Park Development Pte Ltd; Da Vinci Land; FRX Capital Private Limited; GuocoLand and Hong Leong Holdings Limited; Kingsford Development Pte. Ltd.; Kingsford Real Estate Development Pte Ltd; NS Property (Haig) Pte Ltd; The Assembly Place; TID Pte. Ltd.; UOL Group Limited; UOL Group Limited and Pan Pacific Hotels Group; UOL Group Limited and Singapore Land Group Limited; and ZACD LV Development Pte Ltd.

The 2024 gala is set to celebrate two of the biggest individual achievers in the Singapore real estate industry. Lim Yew Soon, managing director, EL Development Pte Ltd, will receive the Singapore Real Estate Personality of the Year award from the editorial team of Property Report by PropertyGuru, the official magazine. Jerome Ng, director for business development, Chiu Teng Group, will receive the Rising Star award from PropertyGuru.com.sg, the official portal.

The independent panel of judges consists of Kristin Thorsteins, chairperson of the Awards in Singapore and co-founder & managing partner, Portman Investment Pte Ltd; Ar. Ivy Koh, dy. COO, SJ Architecture, Surbana Jurong Consultants Pte Ltd; Chua Shang Chai, partner, Dentons Rodyk & Davidson LLP; Dr Keow Yeong Ming, associate professor, National University of Singapore; Greg Shand, architect, Robert Greg Shand Architects; Henry Woon, director, Atelier Ten; Roy Ling, CEO, board director & adjunct professor, FollowTrade; and Zhenru Goy, principal architect, Goy Architects.
