The Australian real estate industry sparkled last Friday, 11th October 2024, as the 7th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Australia unfolded at the elegant Grand Hyatt Melbourne. This prestigious event, renowned for recognizing excellence and setting benchmarks in the property sector, brought together the industry’s leading figures and promising innovators.
Hosted by the charismatic Tina Ryan, the gala night was a perfect blend of glamour, celebration, and recognition of the best in Australia’s real estate landscape. This accolade celebrates an individual’s outstanding contribution to the real estate industry, and Sydney Ma’s leadership and innovation were rightfully acknowledged.

The inaugural Sustainable Design Award – recognising developers who excel in environmental, social, and governance practices, was won by MRCB International for their sustainable innovations in the Gold Coast.
Best Boutique Developer Award – honouring exceptional projects on a smaller scale, was given to Polytec Australia, recognized for its luxury designs and inspiring architectural contributions across Sydney and other major cities.
Best Developer Award – the pinnacle of the evening, went to BHC Property, a Melbourne-based developer known for blending contemporary and traditional design values to create visually stunning, functional spaces.
