The 10th PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards announce shortlisted companies

Over 50 categories to be presented, recognising the finest companies, projects, and individuals in Vietnam real estate

HO CHI MINH CITY, Vietnam — PropertyGuru Group (NYSE:PGRU), Southeast Asia’s leading property technology company, today officially announced the shortlist of companies nominated for the milestone 10th edition of its real estate awards in Vietnam.

The 10th PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards, presented by Kohler and supported by Dulux Professional, Hafele, and V-ZUG SEA, will be held Friday, 15 November 2024 at the Gem Center in Ho Chi Minh City. Also supported by Batdongsan.com.vn, Vietnam’s leading property portal, the awards will be presented across 51 categories, distinguishing the finest companies, projects, and individual achievers in the property sector.

The nominees shortlisted to this year’s awards are Alphanam Investment Joint Stock Company; Becamex Tokyu Co., Ltd; CapitaLand Development (Vietnam); CapitaLand – Thien Duc Company Limited; Cat Tuong Real Estate Group Joint Stock Company; Core5 Vietnam, a member of Indochina Kajima; Ecopark; Gamuda Land; Gateway Hanoi JSC; HDMon Group JSC; Khang Dien House Trading and Investment JSC; Keppel Vietnam; Keppel Vietnam & Khang Dien; N.H.O – National Housing Organization; Orient Success International Investment Joint Stock Company (OSI Holdings); ParkCity Group; Phu Long Real Estates Corporation; SEA Logistics (VN) Company Limited; SetiaBecamex; SonKim Land Corporation; Sycamore Company Limited; Tan A Dai Thanh – Meyland Real Estate Development Investment Joint Stock Company; Thaihomes Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company; Tumys Homes; Van Phuc Group; and Vietnam Germany Steel Pipe JSC.

The celebration will also honour prominent achievers in the Vietnam real estate industry. Oh Dongkun, CEO of Becamex Tokyu Co., Ltd, will receive the Vietnam Real Estate Personality of the Year award from the editorial team of Property Report by PropertyGuru, the official magazine. Nguyen Hoang Viet, managing director for sales, marketing, and customer Service at SonKim Land, is set to receive the inaugural Rising Star award in Vietnam.

The independent panel of judges consists of Thien Duong, chairperson of the Awards in Vietnam and general director, GroupGSA Vietnam; Chau Ta, executive director – legal transactions, SC Capital Partners Pte Ltd; David Jackson, principal and CEO, Avison Young Vietnam; Hang Dang, managing director, CBRE (Vietnam) Co., Ltd; Jack Nguyen, Vietnam CEO, InCorp Vietnam; Jean-Francois Chevance, group director of hospitality and design, Archetype Group; Mauro Gasparotti, director, Savills Hotels APAC; and Paul D. Volodarsky, partner, head of regional real estate practice, head of hospitality sector, DFDL Legal and Tax.

The shortlist of nominees was also determined by specialists in the Hanoi market, namely Andras Germ, general manager, Astra; Douglas Lee Snyder, executive director, Vietnam Green Building Council; and Tran Quynh Trang, director, Sapphire Indochina.

Supervising the selection process was the team of AASC – HLB Vietnam, led by Do Manh Cuong and Lan Ng Hoang. The official supervisor is part of the “2024 Network of the Year” winner HLB International, the global network of independent professional accounting firms and business advisers.
