BANGKOK, Thailand — The celebrated 19th PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards, presented by Mitsubishi Elevator (Thailand) and supported by SEN X Group and V-ZUG Thailand, will be celebrated on Friday, 20th September at The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok. The black-tie gala celebration is supported by Thailand’s leading property portals, DDproperty.com and ThinkOfLiving.com.

This year’s shortlist of nominated companies exemplifies excellence in property development, design, and ESG, with categories determined by industry experts as well as consumers. Contenders represent desirable locations and investment hubs across the province of Bangkok and exciting property markets such as Chiang Mai, the Eastern Seaboard, Hua Hin, Khao Yai, the Northeast Region, Phuket, and Samui.

Alongside the competitive categories determined by an independent panel of judges, this year introduces the inaugural People’s Choice Awards in Thailand, following successful editions in Malaysia. These awards empower consumers to choose their favourite developers, with voters also having the chance to win prizes.
