Excellent companies vie for the 4th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (India)
The country’s finest integrated, mixed-use, and commercial developers will gather in Bangkok this December
BANGKOK, Thailand — Organisers of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (India) have announced the shortlist of nominated companies vying for the real estate industry’s highest accolades in 2023.
The 4th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (India) will celebrate excellence in the real estate sector across 10 categories, including the Best Sustainable Developer award. The awards ceremony will happen Friday, 8 December 2023 at The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok.
The companies vying for the 2023 Awards include Brigade Group; DLF Cyber City Developers Ltd.; Embassy REIT; Raiaskaran; S. Raheja Realty; Supreme Universal; and Tribeca Developers & Acropolis Developer.
India’s finest integrated, mixed-use, and office projects, among others, are contending for various accolades this year. They include Brigade Cornerstone Utopia; Embassy Hub Phase 1; Embassy Manyata Block D1 & D2; The Ark- Voyage to the Stars; and Turner House.

The independent panel of judges who determined the shortlist of nominees this year consist of Ajai A Kapoor, CEO of 360 degrees – Real Estate Services; Avinash Khater, founder chairman, The Real Estate Kings (TREK); Jitender Girdhar, co-founder & director, Qonqests Technical Solutions and VDC Technologies; Madhav Raman, co-founder, Anagram Architects; Ravi Ahuja; Shradha Batra Mithal, director, Alto Vita; and Sidhartha Talwar, principal and co-founder, Studio Lotus.
HLB supervised the selection process under the leadership of Surabhi Bansal, partner with HLB Advisory Services Delhi LLP.
Main winners of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (India) will be eligible to compete at the 18th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final on Friday, 8 December in Bangkok, Thailand. They will vie for the ‘Best in Asia’ honours against their peers from Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam, as well as Australia, Japan, and China.
