PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards 2023 unveil new dates, venues in the Philippines, Vietnam & Thailand

The most prestigious real estate honours in the region shift timeline to accommodate the exclusive gala events

BANGKOK, Thailand — Organisers of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards announced new dates and venues for this year’s highly anticipated gala celebrations in the Philippines, Vietnam and Thailand.

The long-running real estate awards programme, which celebrates its 18th year in the region, will host the black-tie gala dinner and ceremony in honour of the finest developers, developments, and designs in the dynamic property markets.

11th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards ceremony goes to The Fort

While the previous editions of the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards were held annually in Makati, this year’s gala celebration is expected to be bigger and will now be held at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila. The exclusive event will welcome guests from Mega Manila, Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

The celebration is now scheduled to take place one week earlier on Friday, 22 September 2023. Entries from the Philippines are accepted via AsiaPropertyAwards.com until 14 July 2023.

9th PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards find a new home in HCMC

Similarly, the exclusive gala dinner and presentation of the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards will be moving to a unique new venue in 2023.

The 9th PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards are now set to take place at the Vinpearl Landmark 81, Autograph Collection on Friday, 10 November 2023.

Located in Landmark 81, also known as the tallest building complex in Vietnam, the luxury hotel is a bold new setting for showcasing the achievements of the country’s finest developers. The new stage is a fitting platform for the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards, which continue to diversify their categories every year.

18th PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards now set in November

As with the Awards in the Philippines, the timeline for the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards has been refreshed. This was made in response to mounting interest from prospective competitors all over the kingdom.

The gala celebration of the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards will be held on Friday, 17 November 2023. Entries from Thailand are still accepted via AsiaPropertyAwards.com until 8 September 2023.

Thailand, the home of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards programme where it was established in 2005, has seen its property market diversify over the decades. This year, the Awards are open in more than 80 categories to entries not only from Greater Bangkok but also from locations as diverse as Chiang Mai, the Eastern Seaboard, Hua Hin, Khao Yai, Koh Phangan, Krabi, the Northeast, Phang-Nga, Phuket, and Samui.

As the longest-running awards programme of their kind in the kingdom, the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards remain among the most anticipated and important annual events on the real estate calendar.
