The event is part of the regional PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series established in 2005. With a professionally run and supervised judging system, the Asia Property Awards is the gold standard in real estate.
Kristin has over 15 years of experience hotel & real estate development and advisory in Europe and Asia. A decade ago, fate brought her to Singapore, where her assignment was to lead development and asset management in APAC for Club Med and Partner with Portman Investment Pte Ltd. She is now Head of Partnerships – SEA, IWG PLC, the largest operator of flexible office space globally.Kristin is a recognized industry leader and a regular panelist & speaker at hotel & real estate investment conferences, a member of the Urban Land Institute - Hotel Development Council & Women's Leadership Initiative.
Annalisa is a senior leader with 17 years of experience combining deep Commercial Real Estate sector expertise with Strategy Consulting and Technology. She has held international roles at two of the world’s largest commercial real estate services firms; JLL and CBRE. In her most recent role, she was based in Singapore as the Head of Technology Advisory APAC at JLL Technologies, where she led various Proptech and digital transformation initiates. She was also a member of JLL’s Emerging Leaders programme and was the JLL Davinci Awards Platinum Winner for innovation. Prior to joining JLL, Annalisa lived in Paris and London where she helped build CBRE’s real estate consulting practice. Annalisa holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD and is certified in LUMA Human Centred Design and LaMarsh Change Management. She is passionate about the intersection of emerging technologies, real estate and the evolution of the workplace.
Chua Shang Chai is a Partner in the Dentons Rodyk Real Estate group.
Shang Chai graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2008. He was admitted as Advocate and Solicitor in Singapore in 2009. In early 2010, he joined the real estate department where he continued to pursue and hone his specialization in the real estate legal practice. Since then, Shang Chai has been involved in a multitude of real estate work including collective sales, purchase, mortgage financing and development work for developers, and real estate financing work.
He is named a 2019 Acritas Star – independently rated lawyer.
Henry Woon

Henry is the Director leading Atelier Ten (Asia) office in Singapore. As a chartered building services engineer, Henry has extensive experience in both building services engineering and environmental design. He has been leading environmental design and consultancy projects such as Jewel Changi, Marina Bay Sands Energy Improvement projects, Mandai Nature Attraction Masterplan. Prior to moving to Singapore, Henry was based in the London head office and led a series of high profile, award-winning projects across the world including the Iconic Greenhouse in UAE, Meixi Lake Sustainable Building Exhibition Centre in China and TMB Headquarters in Turkey. He specialises in building physics and
high-performance building services design. He often combines environmental design principles and computational simulation capabilities to provide positive influence to the design team and ensure that sustainable design strategies are deployed in the context of practical building and system solutions.
Mr Tay Kah Poh has over 30 years of real estate experience.
He held various positions in Knight Frank, such as: providing advisory services to clients, and as Head of Residential Services.
He was also EVP at Pacific Star, a private equity real estate firm, and has also been a consultant with Straits Trading Co Ltd.
Tay Kah Poh holds an MA (Business Admin) from the University of Georgia, and a BSc (Est Mgt) (Hons) from NUS. He is a registered salesperson, and also served as a member of the Strata Titles Board, and the Disciplinary Committee of the Council for Estate Agencies. He was previously an independent director of formerly main board listed Roxy Pacific Holdings Ltd, and Winmark Investment Holdings Limited (fka Serrano Limited). He is currently an Adjunct Assoc Prof at NUS Dept of Real Estate.
With over 20 years experience working in Japan and throughout South East Asia, Greg established Robert Greg Shand Architects in 2005, specializing in bespoke luxury residences. Prof. Roy Ling

Prof. Roy Ling is the CEO & Founder of FollowTrade. Concurrently, he is also an Adjunct Professor in Finance at the SKEMA Business School, an Academic Program Director at SMU Academy and an Independent Board Director on several listed companies in Asia.Prof. Ling is a seasoned veteran with more than 20 years in investment banking with JPMorgan, Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs and Salomon Smith Barney. His expertise is in digital finance, sustainable investing and Asia real estate, and he had completed some of the highest-profile advisory and capital market transactions in the region. Prof. Ling is also a distinguished board director with more than 16 years of corporate governance experience across Asia. He was honored as the Real Estate Executive of the Year 2016 by Singapore Business Review, and as one of 20 Rising Stars in Real Estate 2008 by Institutional Investor. Prof. Ling graduated from INSEAD with a Global EMBA and from the National University of Singapore with a BBA (Hons).
Wenhui is a partner of SPARK Architects, an international design studio of 100 staff with offices in London, Shanghai, Beijing and Singapore. She studied architecture at the National University of Singapore. Wenhui’s focus is the design direction of the Singapore studio and the graphic language of the global SPARK brand that she has developed and implemented over the last 5 years. Collage, drawing and printing are important techniques of investigation in her design work. She has previously exhibited a collection of her mono-prints at the Art House Gallery in Singapore the proceeds of which were donated to a Singaporean children’s charity.
Ar. Ivy Koh, Dy. COO of SJ architecture, at Surbana Jurong Pte Ltd, one of the largest Asia-based global urban and infrastructure consultancies.
With 15 years of architectural experience and a member of Board of Architects, she has been involved in a myriad of projects of various scales from Urban Planning, private residential, industrial to mixed-use developments. Ivy has also been serving as a Council Member of Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA) since 2022.
Driven by a passion for design and the built environment, Ivy’s design sensibilities have largely been shaped by her years of practicing in Singapore for one of the largest architectural practices in Asia, as well as a developer’s in-house design manager in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In the pursuit of humanistic and sustainable design, she is interested in how architecture can shape the way people use spaces, influence people’s behaviour and providing opportunities for chance encounters, discoveries and surprises.
Ivy recently led the completion of SJ Campus, in collaboration with Safdie Architects. Apart from that, she is also the lead Architect for Temasek Shophouse which was awarded the URA Conservation Heritage Award 2019, shortlisted for the President Design Awards 2021 and exhibited at the Venice Architectural Biennale 2020. During the pandemic, she has also led the design and completion of Connect@Changi, a world’s first business exchange facility in 14 weeks.
The PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore) gala dinner and awards presentation ceremony will be held on Friday, 27 October 2023 at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore.
Shortlisted developers, sponsors, and partners — comprising of C-level and senior industry figures in real estate development, property consultancy, construction, marketing, property technology, legal, finance, and architecture and design — will be present at the exclusive gala event, with safety measures in place. Select members of the media will also be present to cover the illustrious night.
