Calling all startups: Apply now for PropertyGuru Asia Real Estate Summit’s 2021 Tech Innovation Award
As a way to support the start-up sector in the region’s burgeoning proptech industry, the PropertyGuru Asia Real Estate Summit launched the inaugural Tech Innovation Award three years ago to honour the real estate sector’s disruptors and innovators who have committed their careers to revolutionising the industry and solving specific challenges within the property industry through game-changing technology.
Singapore-based Igloohome was the first to receive this prestigious award in 2018. The company produces smart locks, lock boxes, and other security features to provide residents peace of mind in the comfort of their homes.
A year later, the judges presented the accolade to Sensgreen, which operates in the Middle East and Singapore, for introducing an AI-powered technology that monitors the quality of indoor air to raise users’ standards of health.
Rizome, founded in the US and with operations in the Philippines, was granted the award in 2020 for leading the sector in building smart cities and green buildings through their bamboo engineered lumber, a sustainable alternative to conventional building materials such as wood, bamboo, and concrete.
This 2021, as we prepare to host the next virtual edition of the PropertyGuru Asia Real Estate Summit, we’re calling out to you to showcase your technology and innovation to the region’s most influential people and decision makers by joining Asia Pacific’s coolest real estate innovation award!
PropertyGuru’s Tech Innovation Award is free to enter and will be judged by an independent panel of judges led by PropertyGuru Group’s chief technology officer, Manav Kamboj. Get to know all the judges here.
