The Winners list: PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards 2017

It’s a wrap for the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards 2017 gala dinner, presented by Kohler and co-organised by Oriental Media Group. More than 60 Winners and Highly Commended were announced during the ceremony on Friday evening (2 June 2017) at the InterContinental Saigon Hotel ballroom.

Winning the year’s top award for Best Developer (Vietnam) was CapitaLand Vietnam, the leading nominee with 10 appearances in the final shortlist. Headed by CEO Chen Liang Pang, last year’s winner of the Vietnam Real Estate Personality of the Year recognition, CapitaLand Vietnam dominated the evening with a total of six wins and five Highly Commended distinctions.

Vietnam International Township Development JSC, the team behind ParkCity Hanoi, and MIVI Joint Stock Company, developer of the Danang-based X2 HOI AN, followed with five and three golden trophies, respectively.

The venue was filled to capacity, welcoming more than 460 senior industry figures, VIPs and media. Dr. Phan Hua Thang, deputy president of supporting association VNREA (Vietnam Real Estate Association) and former General Director of the Foreign Investment Bureau of the Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam, keynoted the event.
