With 28 years of legal practice, Cornel possesses substantial experience in M&A, Capital Markets, Real Estate, Court-Sanctioned Restructuring and Insolvency, and Commercial Dispute Resolution.
Cornel has worked on numerous corporate and commercial transactions, serving both domestic and international clients. He is also a prolific contributor to various publications on foreign investment and corporate/commercial matters.
Cornel is the author of the Indonesia chapter in the "International Labour and Employment Laws" (fourth edition) and "Workplace Data Law and Litigation," both published by Bloomberg BNA. Additionally, he contributed to the first publication of the Indonesian Corporate Governance Manual by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the Indonesia Financial Services Authority.
Cornel is actively involved in several organizations, which allows him to effectively leverage his network and expertise, continually enhancing his market presence and fostering valuable industry relationships.

Graduated from ITB School of Architecture in 1994, he has since worked professionally for Nikken Sekkei Singapore, PT Airmas Asri and now currently is the Design Director of PDW Architects. During his tenure, he has overseen major projects such as the 111 storey high Signature Tower, Hilton Hotel Bandung, Pacific Century Development Tower, Mori Tower, IFC2 Tower, Senopati Suites Residential and Pluit City Reclamation Project to name a few. He leads PDW Design team for a number of projects abroad in Oman, Dubai, Vietnam and China. He currently sits on the Indonesia Institute of Architects panel board, overseeing the Professional Practice division. Has served jury duty for the Holcim Sustainable Design and the IAI sponsored Situ Cibinong Revitalization Project. Served as guest lecturer at ITB.
