9th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards programme diversifies roster of finalists across archipelago

Second virtual gala of real estate awards programme gives strong representation to Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao developers

The ninth edition of the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards announced today the stable of finalists that will be accoladed at the programme’s second virtual gala event and ceremony, presented by Kohler and supported by Boysen Paints.

The 9th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards will premiere Thursday, 11 November 2021 via AsiaPropertyAwards.com/tv-podcast and the official channels on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube. Highlights will be broadcast on the History Channel, the official cable TV partner of the awards.

Companies shortlisted for the 2021 PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards include former Best Developer awardees SM Development Corporation (SMDC) and Cebu Landmasters, Inc. Joining them are such established and boutique real estate brands as 8990 Holdings, Inc.; Aboitiz InfraCapital, Inc. (Integrated Economic Centers); Asiana Homes, Inc.; Eton Properties Philippines Inc.; Federal Land, Inc.; PH1 World Developers; PIK; Robinsons Land Corporation; and RLC Residences.

Around 53 titles will be presented this year to developers and projects throughout the archipelago. The awards of Best Developer (Luzon), Best Developer (Visayas) and Best Developer (Mindanao) will be presented for the first time this year, recognising the most exemplary development companies in major island groups across the country. Accolades will also be given to outstanding projects in the dynamic metropolises of Manila, Cebu and Davao, as well as various regions throughout the islands.

Ramon S. Ang, president of San Miguel Corporation, will receive the title of Philippines Real Estate Personality of the Year. The award, decided by the editors of PropertyGuru Property Report, the official magazine of the awards, acknowledges Ang’s leadership, innovations, and sustainable initiatives with one of the country’s largest conglomerates.

The 9th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards will be staged ahead of the highly anticipated PropertyGuru Week in December, a series of events that include the 16th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final and the 2021 PropertyGuru Asia Real Estate Summit.
