9th PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards recognise industry achievements with history-making wins
Exemplary township developers, led by Sinar Mas Land, receive a wide range of honours on gala night
JAKARTA, Indonesia — The 9th Annual PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards, presented by Kohler, today gave honour to the archipelago’s best development companies and projects.
The long-running PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards programme, which celebrates nearly a decade of excellence in the real estate industry, distinguished this year’s exemplary developers in a black-tie gala event held at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place, the official venue.
Dominating the evening, Sinar Mas Land won the coveted title of Best Developer, its fourth win in this prestigious category and first since 2021. The company also won the Special Recognition in ESG.
The company also gained winning titles for its mega township development BSD City and smart building development Knowledge Hub.
PT Sinar Mitbana Mas, Sinar Mas Land’s venture with Mitbana (Mitsubishi and Surbana Jurong), was named Best Breakthrough Developer, supported by a win for their project Hiera – The Heartland of BSD City. PT. BSD Diamond Development, a Sinar Mas Land subsidiary, was named Best Lifestyle Developer, supported by a win for its project The Zora.
Layton at NavaPark, a project of the PT. Bumi Parama Wisesa, Hongkong Land and Sinar Mas Land Joint Venture, was hailed Best Housing Development (Indonesia) and Best Luxury Housing Development (Greater Jakarta).
Summarecon Group won six awards for its township developments Summarecon Bekasi and Summarecon Bandung; housing developments Jasmia Residence @Summarecon Crown Gading and Alderwood Residence; and condominium development Rainbow Springs Condovillas.
Agung Sedayu Group was named Best Hospitality Developer, supported by a win for its waterfront mixed-use development Ginza Beachwalk PIK2. The company jointly won two titles with Salim Group for their waterfront township development Golf Island PIK (Kawasan Pantai Maju) & Riverwalk Island PIK (Kawasan Pantai Kita) and green development Central Market PIK.
PT. Mitra Bangun Prasada (Cimanggis Golf Estate) was named Best Boutique Developer. Paramount Land, named Best Commercial Developer, won for its high-end housing development Matera Residences.
The Sanctuary Collection, a project by Perennial Holdings Pte. Ltd, PT. Cipta Harmoni Lestari, and CNQC Realty (South Pacific), gained three winning titles.
Loemongga Haoemasan, president director of Asiana Group, accepted the Indonesia Real Estate Personality of the Year from the editorial team of Property Report by PropertyGuru, the official magazine. She is the first female recipient of the title.

This year’s Awards come as a prelude to the celebration’s landmark 10th anniversary gala in 2024. The PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards series began in 2015.

Main country winners of the PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards will be eligible to advance to the 18th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final on Friday, 8 December in Bangkok, Thailand where they will compete for regional honours against their peers from other countries across Southeast Asia, India, China, Japan, and Australia.
