Leading lights in real estate development, architecture and design to clinch marks of excellence in the Chinese territories

• Nine highly coveted titles at stake for real estate achievers and design leaders in Hong Kong and Macau
• Main winners from Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau to qualify for competition at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final in December

BANGKOK, Thailand — 21 October 2021

The PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau), presented in association with Anjuke, part of leading Chinese online marketplace 58.com, named today the shortlist of nominees that will be advancing to the programme’s second annual virtual gala event and awards ceremony in December.

Around 45 nominated companies in Mainland China made the cut in 47 categories distinguishing a diversity of achievements in real estate, architecture and design. These include never-before-presented marks of excellence like Top Developer (Mainland China) and Top Boutique Developer (Mainland China).

The shortlist of nominated companies in Mainland China include such esteemed developers as Beijing Heli Yunxing Real Estate Co., Ltd.; China Construction Yipin Investment & Development Co. Ltd; China Overseas Property; C&D Real Estate Corporation Limited; Greentown; Guangzhou Yuexiu Commercial Real Estate Investment Management Co., Ltd; Huabiao Venture Group Co., Ltd; Shui On Land; Vanke; Xingcheng-Renju; Yuexiu Commercial Real Estate Investment & Management Co., Ltd; and Zhuhai Huafa Properties Co., Ltd.

The shortlist of nominated companies in Mainland China also include leading lights in architecture and interior design such as Benoy; Chongqing Yuandao Architecture Co. Household brands and suppliers such as Daikin, Fotile, Panasonic, Robam, and Tata Wooden Door are also set to receive a variety of recognitions during the awards programme.

In Hong Kong and Macau, top development companies such as Great Eagle Holdings Limited, Link Asset Management Limited, and Sino-Ocean Group made the cut as shortlisted nominees across nine categories, including the top award of Best Developer (Hong Kong). Prolific design practices in the Chinese SAR such as Atelier Global; Urbanprojects architecture & planning; and inT Design Furniture Limited were also nominated to this year’s awards.

The PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau) will be celebrating its second annual virtual gala broadcast presentation this year. This high-production online event will be simulcast Tuesday, 7 December 2021 on AsiaPropertyAwards.com/tv-podcast and the official live platforms on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube. Highlights of the show will air on the History Channel, the official cable TV partner of the awards.

Main winners from the awards will advance to the virtual gala edition of the 16th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final, set to premiere 9 December, where they will vie for ‘Best in Asia’ accolades with the programme’s country winners from around Asia Pacific.
