Best Breakthrough Developer
Must have launched first project during or after 2024 and have at least one new project in the pipeline to be launched before the end of 2025. Companies that enter Developer categories must also enter at least 1 development or design category.
Best Lifestyle Developer
Must have completed at least 2 lifestyle developments in Sri Lanka from 2020 to present. Lifestyle developers offer additional facilities in all their projects for residents to enhance their living experience, such as swimming pools, health and fitness areas, social spaces, children’s playgrounds, convenience stores. At least 60% of units must face nature and the project must offer convenient on-and off-site access to green spaces. Open to residential and commercial development. The development must be innovative in the use of technology and be completed in the period between January 2023 and before December 2028. Must have a show unit.
Best Green Development
Open for Residential and Commercial Projects. The development must be completed in the period between January 2023 and December 2028. Open to developments with internationally recognized green certification (granted).
